Hello Red-Carpet Girl,
Happy Thanksgiving, and Happy Holidays to all. This season, I want to offer a special congratulations to all our Red-Carpet Girl mentees. You are beautiful in so many ways — like a flower. I see each of you opening like petals unfolding one layer at a time. You are blooming into a beautiful young lady with purpose, grace, and strength.

When I look at you now, especially after the Father-Daughter Gala, I see growth. You walked that red carpet with elegance. You accepted your awards with excitement and confidence. You carried yourselves like little queens who are learning their worth. And that is exactly what Expanding Your Growth is all about.
We started this journey months ago, discovering your goals, vision, and purpose. You are becoming young ladies. Now, we step into something deeper: identifying the areas of your life that deserve your energy, your focus, and your intention.
Just like a flower has different petals, you also have different parts of your life that help you grow. If you don’t nourish them, they won’t bloom. But if you care for them, they open beautifully — just like you have this year.
Chapter 5 of the "Beauty of You" book teaches us that growth doesn’t happen in just one part of your life. It happens across the areas that matter most to you — your emotions, your relationships, your friendships, your purpose, your health, your family, your spirit, and even your future career or business.

These are your 8 petals of growth: Health & Fitness, Emotions, Relationships, Finances, School/Career, Family, Friends, and Spiritual
As you grow, you may find some petals feel stuck, some are blooming fast, and some feel a little fragile. That is normal. Growth isn’t perfect — it’s personal. And the way you speak to yourself matters. I am reminding you to make each area of your life feel good, exciting, not heavy.
This year, you have grown in ways you may not even realize. Some of you walked away from negativity to protect your future. Some of you held onto your dreams even when your emotions were loud, and that, too, is growth.
Sometimes expanding your growth isn’t about achieving more; it’s about making good choices. It’s about remembering who you are and believing in yourself. It’s about choosing the young lady you are becoming over the moment you are feeling. And I am so proud of you for that.
You are becoming stronger. You are becoming wiser. You are becoming clear on what you want.
I want you to affirm I am strong. I am wise. I make good choices for myself.
Your petals are opening. And you are blooming into exactly who you were created to be. Love yourself and acknowledge yourself for making good choices that serve your well-being.
I love you!
