About Program
The RED CARPET GIRL® Mentoring Program provides education, experience, and empowerment to help girls transcend their socioeconomic circumstances. It teaches them to conduct themselves as polished young ladies, fostering self-esteem, confidence, character, and grace.
This holistic approach equips girls to navigate challenges with poise and resilience, setting them on a path toward a brighter future.

A more in-depth program offered in 4-, 6-, or 12-week sessions.

Our flagship, long-term mentoring program, open to middle and high school girls.

Annual open enrollment takes place each August–September, based on space and funding availability.

This is the true finishing school experience for selected young ladies who demonstrate commitment and excellence.

Participants must maintain A/B conduct grades and a minimum B average in school to remain in the program.

Each girl is expected to uphold the highest standards of behavior; poor or disrespectful conduct is strictly prohibited.

Involves a full commitment until senior year of high school graduation.

Provides comprehensive training in etiquette, leadership, character, and social confidence, preparing girls to thrive academically, socially, and professionally.
Through these three pillars, Red Carpet Girl® ensures that every girl—whether attending one class, joining an extended training series, or committing to the signature mentee program—has the opportunity to grow with confidence, character, and class.
