On June 30th, 2025, the second installment of our RCGX³ Panelist Forum was more than just an event—it was a movement.

Held at NIH Hair Salon in South Miami, this powerful gathering brought together a dynamic group of professionals, entrepreneurs, and visionaries, all dedicated to redefining what it means to lead with confidence, culture, and purpose. From physicians and lifestyle coaches to young entrepreneurs and founders, our panelists poured wisdom into the hearts of our audience, reminding us of all that beauty is not just how you look—it’s how you live, lead, and lift others.

This year’s theme, “Beauty with Purpose: Confidence, Culture & the New Face of Leadership,” could not have been timelier. In a world often dominated by fleeting trends and external validation, this forum urged girls and women alike to reclaim their power by honoring who they are at their core—culturally, intellectually, and emotionally.

Each panelist brought their unique voice to the conversation:
