Patrisha Hedgemond is the radiant force behind RCG’s Skincare & Beauty program, serving as our Lead Beauty Instructor and Licensed Esthetician. A proud alumna of Spelman College, Patrisha brings a powerful blend of cultural awareness, technical mastery, and heartfelt mentorship to every session she leads.
With elite credentials including a CIDESCO Diploma—the global gold standard in esthetics—plus certifications as a Makeup Artist and Licensed Esthetician, Patrisha is more than a beauty expert. She’s a wellness advocate, a confidence coach, and a passionate educator.
Her approach to skincare is rooted in intentionality and empowerment. Patrisha’s sessions go beyond the surface, guiding girls to embrace their natural beauty while nurturing self-love, holistic wellness, and personal expression.
